WELDING JIGS

We produce welding jigs for hand and automatic welding. The jigs are designed on the grounds of longtime experience with welding process. Jigs are used separetly, inbuilt to our welding and surfacing machines or robotic workplaces. Clamping of parts is usualy by mechanic or pneumatic clamps.

AUTOMATIC MACHINE OF LINE SAP

This line is for longitudinal welding. Automatic machine can be composed in various variants:

Support batten copper watercooling with forming gas with flux support batten.
Clamping mechanical or pnematic pressure batten
Welding head hand digestible on pneumatic support, motoric digestible with automatic leading
Welding cycle hand controlled, programmable

KSK s.r.o. was established in 1991 as a private Czech company specialised in custom-made construction and production of special and single-purpose machines and devices. Its aim is to meet the complete range of our customers’ needs from the selection or development of suitable technology to the construction and production of a machine. Training of servicing staff, technical support and service throughout the machine life-time are a matter of course. KSK s.r.o. is also involved in other business activities, for instance the sale of auxiliary materials for welding, mechanical water filters, etc.
